All vacation rental properties are required to have weekly service during the months of May through October to ensure quality control.
Our weekly spa service is recommended for vacation rental properties or residents who use their spa frequently and want to ensure high quality water conditions at all times. We also recommend weekly service initially for residents whose water is not clean or clear coming directly out of the hose (usually outside city limits). Well water and water with high levels of minerals usually need more attention.
All supplies are included in weekly service price. Full water changes are not included in regular service.
Bi-Weekly Spa Service - $75/month
Extended Service Area - $90/month
Swim Spa - $95/month
Our bi-weekly service is great for those who use their spa casually and don't use a lot of skin or hair products or a heavy laundry detergent. This service is best if you are within city limits and your water comes out clear from the spigot.
All supplies are included in the bi-weekly service price. Full water changes are not included in regular service.
One Time Visit - TBD

If you are not in need of regular service, we offer a one-time visit to check on the spa and make sure it's clean and ready for use. This includes balance your chemicals and clean your filters.

Includes:
- Drain spa completely
- Wipe down sides of spa using spa safe chemicals
- Refill spa
- Make sure power and all jets work properly
- Check bromine level
- Wipe down cover
Deluxe Clean Out - starts at $225
*Additional fees may apply outside regular service areas or if a deeper clean is necessary.
A compete clean out is recommended for spas that have not been in use or haven't been serviced recently.
Includes:
- Drain spa completely
- Deep scrub of sides of spa, seats, and floor using spa safe chemicals
- Rinse and drain again (if necessary)
- Refill spa
- Make sure power and all jets work properly
- Check bromine level
- Wipe down cover
